You must provide accurate information when creating an account or publishing listings. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with applicable laws in your region.

Marketplace sellers, job posters, service providers, and buyers must deliver accurate descriptions, honor stated prices where applicable, and communicate in good faith. Middle East Platform may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Middle East Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
